These are the services, people and places I have come to enjoy and trust in San Felipe. They have not paid any fee to me for my endorsement. Everyone has their own opinions, but at least you know that someone likes and uses them.
Some generic places are Pemex gas stations and Oxxo convenience stores; they are pretty much the same. There are dozens of pharmacies and you may have to go to a few before you find what you are looking for. I have found that you do need a prescription for certain medications in legitimate pharmacies. There are other acceptable restaurant and bars, but the ones I have listed are my personal favorites.
